America's First Lady Laura Bush, wife of former U.S President George W. Bush, killed a man in Texas. It's a sad story but it's a fact. Laura Bush did kill a guy in a car accident. It was long time back, when she was 17. In 1963, Laura Bush then known as Laura Welch, while driving passed a stop sign and struck a car that killed her by then boyfriend, Mike Douglas, 17, as said by her friends. On the evening of November 5, 1963 , Laura was driving with her best friend to a party. At a dangerous intersection, she failed to see Mike, who was driving a door less car. They collided badly and Mike was thrown from his car, breaking his neck and died on spot instantly. No charges were filed as a result of the accident.
