Ingredients: Bread slices with edges - 2 to 4 Tomato - tiny slices - 1 Potato - tiny square slices - 1 to 2 Onion - Sliced - 1 Green Chili - chopped - 1 to 2 Sugar - for taste Salt - for taste Oil Green Dhania Leaves /Coriander Leaves(optional) - Chopped Haldi Powder - a pinch or two. Preparation: In frying pan – Heat 3 table spoons of oil. Add potato slices and fry for few seconds till it softens a bit. Add onion slices to that and fry a bit. Add sliced tomatoes and green chili. Dip the bread slices in a bowl of water and take out. Crumble those slices into tiny pieces. Add those slices to the frying pan. Add a pinch of salt & sugar for taste and haldi powder for color. Stir for a minute. Cover it for 2 minutes. Garnish it with chopped green dhania leaves. Now it’s ready to serve. Note: If you want you can even add few ground nuts and peas while stirring.
