I usually do it with my hand mixer, you can use blender. Take a baking pan (which shape you would like the cake to be) and distribute some butter evenly thoroughly or you can use a greased baking pan. Then pour the batter in that container and put that in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 deg centigrade. Do not open the oven in the first 15 minutes. The cake is ready to serve and eat.
